Pillow Packing Machine Troubleshooting

1.Pillow packing machine photoelectric error
1) When the status bar displays a photoelectric error and buzzer alarm sound, please adjust the sensitivity of the photoelectric eye, photoelectric eye sensitivity adjusted too high or too low will cause the fault.
2) The setting value of the package length does not match the actual length of the package, which may cause malfunction. However, this system has the function of automatic measurement length. When you use the package with the cursor printed, it is recommended to change the main menu system setting to Automatic Measurement, to avoid the wrong setting of the package length.

2. Pillow packing machine trip error
When the status bar shows a trip error and buzzer alarm sounds, check the trip switch.

3. Pillow packing machine can not measure the length automatically.
Remedy: Press the Enter key to enter the main menu - System Settings - Length Measurement, set to automatic.

4.Pillow packaging machine precautions
1) In the operation of the pillow packing machine found heating parts have dirt stuck on it, to stop the operation of machinery, the removal of dirt, to avoid causing unnecessary losses.
2)To reduce the machine idling, if the machine is not used for a long time, to promptly shut down to prevent the increase in the wear rate of the machine.
3) When the machine is working, you can not place your hands on high temperature to avoid body injury.
4) If you don’t use the machine for a long time, you should clean the machine,and apply lubricant in the relevant parts, and attached cover to prevent dust from entering the core of the equipment, causing mechanical damage.
