Work Procedure of External Vacuum Packing Machine

Description of various functions for electrical control board:
 

1. Power supply vacuum-gas flushing selection switch, as an option for power supply of control circuit and inert gas package after pumping to vacuum or vacuum.

2. Adjust pumping time: adjust pumping time, range 0-30 s.

3. Adjust flushing time: adjust flushing time, range 0-20 s.

4. Adjust sealing time: adjust sealing time, range 0-5 s.

5. Adjust cooling time: adjust cooling time, range 1-10 s.

6. Start button: used to start one complete packing process.

7. Emergency stop button: used to stop work procedure.

8. Foot switch: used to start working (jog).

Operation preparation and usage:
 

1. Adjust the position of seal

To adjust the height of this machine, you shall use lift platform. To release the fixed screw, you can adjust the height to make the sealing position to the best location according to the size of package bag.

2. Connect to air source:

Connect the air source to the inlet of the items to be processed. Turn right the black handle of air source dual-items associated, you can adjust the air pressure, and press down and lock the handle after pressure is 4-6kg/cm2.

3. Determine working mode, vacuum packing, and flushing inert gas package after vacuum.

4. Configure the time to pump air, hot-sealing, and cooling down.

5. Adjust time relay for cooling, normally 0-8 min, max adjustable time as 10 min, if the packing bag is made of multi-layer page and plastic combined material, the time will be extended (varied depending on packing material).

6. After above selection switches and knobs are adjusted, you can begin working, also you can start the machine through buttons or foot switch. If any failure occurs, you can press Emergency Stop button, all work procedures will be reset to original state.
