How to Maintain Automatic Filling Sealing Machine

First, keep the cleanliness of the automatic filling sealing machine. The use environment should not be too wet; The corrosion resistant design of configuration models don't in acid and alkali environment for long-term use. 

Second, the general filling sealing machine does not have explosion-proof structure, please do not use in flammable, explosive and other special environment. 

Third, three-phase five line type machine configuration should be in conformity with the machine power supply with the power switch, and should conform to the requirements of the five wire three-phase power supply, properly connected to three phase fire line, a zero, one line that is connected with ground for preventing from electric leakage

Next,  when making filling sealing machine is repaired, it should be turned off the power switch.

Finally, we should keep filling discharge area, the sealing area in the best clean state. For products, these areas are most likely to cause bacterial contamination, and affect the quality. Regularly wiping the internal and external of machine, filling of lubricating oil, reducing wear can prolong the service life of machine.
