On May 20,2016 ,from United States Customers in the success of our company ordered a powder packaging machine, the customer is used for packaging of white sugar, the weight of the packaging 0.5kg, 1kg, 1.5kg per bag. Delivery is 10 working days,The machine is being test machine we shot video.
 

after-sales service commitment:

1, the factory inspection: Before each factory has professional quality inspectors debugging testing before leaving the factory after passing.

2, the product transport: the factory to ensure safe transport unit arrived in customer-specified locations

3, after-sales service:

A）Quality guarantee term is for one year. Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.

B) Operation Training: Commissioning staff need customer operator training, until the operator can operate independently.
