Safety Requirements for Packaging Machine Industry

1. Packaging machinery should be in the obvious parts of the fixed product signs, and states the machine or equipment necessary for the normal work of the main technical parameters, such as: rated current and voltage, rated pressure and heat temperature, etc.
 

2. Packaging machinery hydraulic transmission system of the safety requirements should be in accordance with the provisions of GB3766, pneumatic system safety requirements should be consistent with the provisions of GB7932.
 

3. Electrical equipment safety of packaging machinery requirements should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GB5226 standard.
 

4. Dangerous parts of packaging machinery must take the appropriate safety measures. For the relative motion of the components, such as clamping, shearing and other moving parts must ensure a safe distance. Dangerous transmission device should be placed in the body as much as possible. The exposed parts of the body that affect the safety of the rotating, moving or reciprocating must take precautions against them.
 

5. Mechanical operation is likely to loose parts must have reliable anti loosening measures.
 

6. Packing machinery should be set corresponding devices for waste, smoke, to avoid the harm to the operator.
 

7. One-way rotation of the motor must be on the motor or in the appropriate parts to make a steering mark.
 

8. Personnel entering the work area when there is a greater danger, should be in the work area to set safety protection device. When the protective device is separated from the whole working area of the packing machine, the dangerous parts in the working area can not be provided with other protective devices. The setting of working area protection device should ensure the safe distance.
 

9. Equipped with the relevant standards of the requirements of the platform and the ladder to the platform and the corresponding equipment, such as protective railing.
 

10. The packaging machinery working mechanism should have interlocking protection in order to make the machine or equipment to stop working when the fault occurs.
